We  provide a wide range of voice services for faculty/staff and students spanning both the Monroe Park and MCV Campus'.  Our service and support includes:

  • Telephones
  • Voice Mail
  • Long Distance
  • Cell Phones
  • Pagers
  • Calling Cards
  • Design and Consultation

 

NOTE

VCU Directory Information is updated by each employee in Banner.

  • Log-in using your eID and Password
  • Click on the "Banner Self Service for Faculty,Staff & Students" link in the Single Sign-on Links portlet.
  • Click on the Personal tab and update Addresses and Phones .

This change will ensure that your correct contact information is displayed in the "People Search" on the VCU homepage as well as other directory databases. Please note that it will take a day or two for all subsidiary databases to be updated once the new information is entered into Banner Self Service.
