Consultation and walk-in support on both campuses - Full service walk-in support is available on both campuses. Specialized, one-on-one IT assistance is also available via our consultation program (call us today for more details). View our hours and office locations on the left-hand side of this page. 

 

24/7 phone support provided by VCU staff - During normal operating hours we provide full service phone support. Limited phone support is available during overnight hours and on holidays. 

 

Live chat hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm EST - Please note that chat is unavailable during holiday closures. You must sign into Service Desk with your eID and password to start a chat session. Login issues, like password resets, must be handled over the phone at (804) 828-2227 or in person at one of our locations.
