The Technology Services Help Desk provides quick, courteous, and comprehensive computing support on the Monroe Park and MCV campuses. Self-service support is available online 24 hours a day and walk-in and live phone support during posted hours.

What is Technology Services?

Technology Services is responsible for implementing and supporting the technology used around campus, such as the network, phones, enhanced classrooms, and Internet-based systems including myVCU, Blackboard, email, and more.
