How to install the Cisco Clean Access Agent on a Windows computer

Instructions:

The Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all Windows ResNet computers in order to gain internet access.

1. Click here to download
2. Click Run to begin the Clean Access Agent install.
   
   
3. If prompted with a Security Warning, Click Run.
   
   
4. At the Agent Setup Screen, click Next.
   
   
5. Click Next to accept the default folder location.
   
   
6. Click Install.
   
   
7. Click Finish to complete the installation.
   
   
8. After the Agent is installed, you're prompted for your User Name and Password. Use your VCU eID username and password. Your authentication provider will be a VCU website.

   For example: If your email address is joeuser@vcu.edu then your eID username is joeuser

10. If your machine meets the security requirements, you will see this screen and be granted access to the network:


11. If your machine doesn't currently meet the security requirements, you're granted Temporary Access, which is restricted to limited sites allowing you to correct the issue.
