"Smart Room" Applications
A podium at the front of the room provides instructors with a microphone, VHS format VCR, computer, document camera and controls for all devices, sound and room lighting.

Primary remote controls are accessed through a lighted touch-screen panel on top of the podium. Many controls are duplicated on a smaller hand-held remote.

The various available instructional media are presented to the students through a pair of ceiling-mounted video projectors onto retractable screens centered to the front of the room.

The video projectors may be used to project:
- Videotaped programs (VHS format)
- Signal from Podium Computer (PowerPoint, WWW, etc)
- Transparencies, Opaque notes, realia
- DVD
- Auxilliary devices (personal laptops, modified format VCRs, laserdisc, etc)
