You know your current password and it has not expired yet (#1841)
If you know your current eID password you are free to reset it anytime you like. This is also how you would reset your password before it expires. Follow the steps below to reset your password. You will follow one of 3 paths depending on the current state of your account.
Log into the eID Manager website at http://go.vcu.edu/eidmanager with your current eID password If this gives you an error message stating that "Account restrictions prevent you from logging in", then your account is locked out. Read more here. If this gives you an error message stating "Invalid user id or password," then either your password has already expired or you are typing in the wrong password.
