You have forgotten your password or it has already expired (#1840)
If you need to reset your eID password because you have either forgotten it or it has expired, you have 2 options. The first option is to use the eID password self-service tool. This will only work if you have previously answered your challenge response questions. Click here to read more or to use the service.
If you are unable to use the self-service tool, you will have to contact the Technology Services Help Desk. This can be done over the phone at (804) 828-2227 or in person in Cabell Library, room B-30. Visit their website for more information and hours.
