General Information About VCU iTunes University
Virginia Commonwealth University is now an iTunes University. This means that VCU can distribute media throught Apple iTunes software. This page will tell you how you can participate.

What type of content can be uploaded?
- Audio formats supported are:
- AAC (Advanced Audio Coding)
- MP3, MP3 VBR (Variable Bit Rate)
- Protected AAC
- AIFF (Audio Interchange File Format)
- Apple Lossless
- WAV
- AA (formats 2, 3, and 4)
- Supported Video formats:
- H.264
- MPEG-4 Video
- PDF booklets are also supported in iTunes, but ton on the iPod.
Who has access to my content?
- Content uploaded into VCU's iTunes University will be available to two different groups:
- The general public (including the VCU Community)
- The VCU Community (after loging in with an eID)
- You can decide for yourself which group you would like to have access to your content.
