How to get help with ImageNow
Password reset, forgotten username or difficulty logging into ImageNow/WebNow:
  • Call the Technology Services Help Desk at (804) 828-2227 (Note: When speaking with the Help Desk, your ImageNow password may also be referred to as your Active Directory ID & password.)

 

General help using the ImageNow/WebNow client or scan station:
  • Review ImageNow/WebNow client's built-in Help sections, which contain the entire User Guide.  OR
  • Contact your departmental support person.     OR
  • Contact Perceptive Software, Inc. (PSI) ImageNow Support:

 

All other requests such as access to PSI support portal access, adding/changing/deleting user privileges, licenses, workflow, system integrations (ie. Banner) or scan station:

  •  Click here to submit a VCU Help Desk Request.  In the "I Need Assistance With" drop-down list, select TS-APM Group --> ImageNow System Support.  Update additional Help Desk fields and press [Save] button to submit request.
