How to get help with ImageNow
Password reset, forgotten username or difficulty logging into ImageNow/WebNow:
- Call the Technology Services Help Desk at (804) 828-2227 (Note: When speaking with the Help Desk, your ImageNow password may also be referred to as your Active Directory ID & password.)
General help using the ImageNow/WebNow client or scan station:
- Review ImageNow/WebNow client's built-in Help sections, which contain the entire User Guide. OR
- Contact your departmental support person. OR
- Contact Perceptive Software, Inc. (PSI) ImageNow Support:
- Phone: 1 (800) 941-7460 option 2, then option 1
- Email: support@imagenow.com
- Online: Go to https://www.imagenow.com/customer-portal then select Contact Us --> Worldwide Product Support Chat
All other requests such as access to PSI support portal access, adding/changing/deleting user privileges, licenses, workflow, system integrations (ie. Banner) or scan station:
- Click here to submit a VCU Help Desk Request. In the "I Need Assistance With" drop-down list, select TS-APM Group --> ImageNow System Support. Update additional Help Desk fields and press [Save] button to submit request.
