mySQL Database Services: VCU Computing Center (VCUCC) has set up a Linux server specifically for a mySQL database. This database resource is intended for departmental use only with non-sensitive data.  Current resources have limited the VCUCC responsibility to software installation and maintenance, backup and recovery, database creation and mySQL account creation.  Application support is not available.  Access to the server is limited to on-campus or through VPN.
