QuikFM

QuikFM is your one-stop-shop for requesting assitance from Facilities Management. While FMD welcomes your phone call or email to their Customer Service Center, QuikFM provides the fastest way to enter a work order or check its status (that's the "Quik" in QuikFM!).

To request Physical Plant work you must be an active VCU faculty or staff member. After signing in with your eID, you will be able to submit customer requests directly to Facilities Mangement. Check back in QuikFM at any time to review the status of your customer requests.
