Virginia Commonwealth University supports the use of streaming Real Audio/ Media (.ra and .rm), Windows Media (.asf, .wmv, and .wma), and QuickTime (.mov) files.  This page describes what you need to do to make your Audio/Media available to a web browser. Select the type of media that you wish to stream from the selection below. Different types of media stream differently, so double check the file extensions to make sure you are streaming correctly. (For those departments requiring information on Helix please refer to the official Helix knowledge base.)
