Latent Gold at VCU
Latent Gold is a powerful latent class and finite mixture program. Latent GOLD contains separate modules for estimating three different model structures -- LC Cluster models, DFactor models, and LC Regression models – which are useful in somewhat different application areas.
Latent Gold is available to VCU faculty, staff and students on the App2Go Citrix Server.
When you use Latent Gold on the App2Go server, they appear to be running on your PC.
You can open and save files on your PC and print on your PC.
To use Latent Gold on the server, you must have an account:
The first time you use Latent Gold on the App2Go server, you must register a license:
- Log into the App2Go server
- Select the "Data Mining & Qualitative Analysis" Folder
- Select the "Latent Gold and SI_CHAID" folder
- Select "Instructions to Register LatentGOLD"
- Follow the instructions to Register Latent Gold.
Five (5) concurrent use licenses of Latent Gold are available for use by VCU researchers on the App2Go Server.
