Metrocall

VCU Faculty and Staff Pagers and paging services are provided for faculty and staff under a mandatory state contract. Pager orders for new Metrocall pagers will be processed and billed through VCUnet.

To order a new pager, complete the online VCUnet Service Request Form. Please allow 5-7 business days to process each order.

If your area has experienced problems with reliable paging services from Metrocall, please contact Fred Delboy in VCU's Purchasing Department at 8-1077 ext. 111 for guidance.

VCUnet does not offer pagers or paging services for students or personal use at this time.

VCU Health System

VCUHS has established a separate contract for paging services. If your department utilizes VCUHS funding, you may access this contract by contacting Telepage at 828-0951.
