VCU Technology Services has developed a new self-service password reset tool which allows all users with an eID to set up a non-VCU email address to utilize for self-service password resets. This allows you to reset your eID password without having to contact the VCU IT Support Center for assistance. This tool works on both computers and mobile devices (via a web browser).
If you are new to VCU after August 12, 2015, you will have to first set-up your eID and eID Password on the eID Finder before you sign up for the self-service password reset service. After setting up your password, upon your first login to CAS (via myVCU) you will be prompted to sign-up.
If you have forgotten your eID Password or are unable to login to CAS, please contact the IT Support Center to perform a manual reset.
