Make a Course "Available/Unavailable" for Student View (#3715)

Creating a course in Blackboard does not make it immediately available for student viewing. The Blackboard default setting is "Not Available", which limits the view only to the instructor. This feature allows the instructor to develop the course prior to making it available to students. Students will not see the course on their My Courses list until the instructor makes it available.
To make course available or unavailable:
Step 1 - Log into Blackboard and go to the course.
Step 2 -Under the course Control Panel and Customizations, click Properties.
Step 3 - Select Yes next to "Make Course Available"
Step 4 - Click Submit.
Note: Blackboard also allows an instructor to make specific course content available, or not, in the specific area where the content is added.
