  • For best results, use Internet Explorer 7 to edit content.
  • A lower version of IE or a different browser (Firefox, Safari) will not run OpenText properly. If you are having multiple errors please make sure you have the correct browser and version installed on your desktop.
  • Login at: http://webcms.vcu.edu/.
  • Username and password: eID and password. 
    (If you can not log in, please contact the Help Desk for assistance in setting up an OpenText account.)
