Reset your Password (#4781)

Use the VCU eID Manager to reset your password. Please keep in mind, this will change the password for Blackboard, VCU email, the Portal, etc.

  • Click Login (top right-hand corner)
  • Click "Forgot Password?"

You could also contact the VCU HelpIT Center at 804-828-2227 or go to one of the following locations and bring your VCU Card:

  • Monroe Park Campus - Help Desk, Cabell Library, room B-9
  • Medical Campus - Help Desk, Sanger Hall, room B1-018
