Approving a page has changed in Version 10. Once you recieve an email that a page has been submitted to workflow for your review, login to the CMS. Navigate to the page needing approval. Once you get to that page, you will need to review the changes. If everything looks okay, right click on the page and select "Release Page". A publication job should start. If publication does not occur within 10 minutes, manually publish the page by right clicking and selecting "Publish Page".
