WebNow Does Not Print (#3643)

There is a known issue with WebNow's ability to function with Java version 1.7_05, specifically, being able to print a document from WebNow. This issue arose with two customers who had upgraded their computers to Windows 7, from Windows XP, and their version of Java had changed without their knowledge (From 1.6_xx to 1.7_05).
The workaround is to uninstall Java version 1.7_05 and then download and install Java version 1.6_33. Java 1.6 for Windows can be downloaded here:
There is no need to reboot the computer between uninstalling Java 1.7_05 and installing Java 1.6_33. Please note that it is against Best Practices to not have the latest, most secure version of Java and customers should consider the benefit vs. risk aspect of downgrading their Java version.
