Learning Systems manages the eLearning applications: Blackboard and all enhanced external and internally developed Building Blocks, Blackboard Mobile, Lon-Capa, Echo360, and other instructional technologies. Learning Systems will ensure these applications consistently function, provide technical expertise, and deliver end-user support to the Virginia Commonwealth University community.
